Art Access Gallery - CLOCHE - a large glass sculptures exhibit by a Salt Lake City-based artists collective whose members include Brian Usher, Dan Cummings, Stephen Teuscher, Kerry Transtrum, and Jack Bowman

The group describes its work as "contemplative," requiring the viewer to engage with the works over time. According to curator Brian Usher, in many cases the viewer may not even realize that a particular piece is made from glass. "It is this delayed discovery that allows for a deeper understanding and integration of the metaphorical aspects of glass to help inform and shape your understanding of the works themselves," he adds.

Forgotten Crosswalk -  a collaborative project by mother and daughter, Sue Henich and Kristina Lenzi

In September, 2012, Sue Henich was run over by a large SUV while crossing the street in a crosswalk. During her long hospital recovery, her daughter Kristina documented Sue's healing process with her smartphone. Subsequently, Sue wrote deeply personal statements about several of the images, which will be displayed large-scale along with Sue's statements.

"We want to share with the public our voyage through this trauma," says Kristina.
